GoogleJordanna made us feel like we were her only clients - she was incredibly responsive and constantly went above and beyond what we expected. Very patient, very diplomatic - I'm pretty sure that our sale would never have completed without her. The fees felt like a lot of money when we started, but good value by the end.

Googledreadful. left damp unremedied for over two years. avoid if possible. (EDIT): note that hamptons contacted me about this review and left comment (see below) but did not remedy the issue. firmly stand by the 1*. genuinely useless company. if you're renting, make sure you check for damp.

We are able to always get a prompt, helpful response from Anca and she solves any/all of our requests quickly with no issue. Having rented many flats with other estate agents, I must say she is in a different league. Hamptons are one of the best estate agents I have had experience of whilst renting a flat in London!
