I’m always dubious of sales talk; over promise, under deliver. However, Ellie Black at Hamptons has bucked this trend. Ellie made a punchy promise of letting my property within two weeks, without the expense of the revamp I was planning, and in addition, achieve a better rent than I had previously been receiving. I was sceptical but Ellie absolutely delivered on her pitch. The property is let, it took 5 days, and for more than she had predicted. Highly recommended.

We had, I believe, one of the most difficult conveyancing experiences any estate agent or indeed solicitor has ever had to deal with. Cameron and Jordanna were both patient, diplomatic and professional at all times. Their roles extended to counsellor at times as nerves were shredded and emotions ran high. I can’t recommend them enough and there is no doubt they more than earned their fee. If anyone is considering using an online agent, beware.... the estate agent is the most important link between all the parties and a good one is literally indispensable.

Jordanna was in charge of selling our flat off Clapham High Street and she was ably assisted by Rory. From the start she was clear about what we could expect to get and we were impressed by her professionalism. The photographs that Hamptons took were beautiful and really sold the flat. Both her and Rory were on the case throughout and worked hard throughout the whole process. They were friendly, responded very quickly to emails and calls and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Will who manages the team clearly runs a very professional office and everyone we met or dealt with really impressed us; from the whole team coming around to look at the property on listing so that they could all talk confidently about the house to any prospective buyers, through to the great admin and support team. I would like to highly recommend Nina Wallrock who handled the recent sale of my flat in Orlando Road, Clapham. I've recently sold my property in Clapham through Hamptons. It was a very good experience from start to finish. When I first put it on the market, I spoke to a few agents but decided to go with Hamptons as my first contact with Andrew was very positive. I felt his valuation of my property was the most realistic and I felt confident that he and his team would do the best they could for me. Tara then took over the sale and I found her outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always quick to respond to any queries I had. She kept me updated throughout the process and was very professional and efficient. Jordanna was on the phone / email with them on an almost daily basis to pester them into moving along... Constant support and constant pressure to get to completion was such a huge help.
