Communication was excellent and Giuseppe was very prompt at replying to our emails. They were brilliantly efficient and professional: their manager Andrew Walker clearly runs a tight ship; also thanks to Giuseppe for his sterling work. They found us good tenants quickly and exceeded expectations throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend more highly and they will be our first port of call in the future.

She handled my sale which faced a few complexities and setbacks, but ultimately ended in success with my buyer delighted and me even more so! I found Ella to be highly competent, organised and proactive - I can't recommend her highly enough!

Although there was lots of interest, it took quite a while - however they remained enaged, persistent and positive, ensuring that every lead was followed up and we were kept up to date on what was going on. GoogleEver since Hamptons took on the management of my flat my life has become measurably easier. I'm sure the whole team is excellent but I'd like to particularly highlight Chervon as an efficient, intelligent and conscientious property manager - totally reliable and will generally pre-empt issues before they even arise. Addendum - since Eloise has taken over the excellent service that I have become used to has, remarkably, even improved! I have been particularly grateful for the clarity of all our communications.

GoogleRyan and Jordan from the Hamptons sales team were both professional and dedicated to the sale of my house and purchase of my new property through them - and we also had a laugh along the way despite what can be a very challenging process! I would rated both of them extremely highly and am thankful to them for their perseverance and great customer centred approach. Their manager Will is also very good!

He went above and beyond to secure us a great property and handled everything to make sure the whole process was as quick and easy for us as possible. He was also great with preparing the property to make sure it was ready for our move in day.

GooglePleasure to work with Hamptons whom I found to be very responsive, professional and diligent. Jordanna really applied herself to the process and made some very good calls in relation to pricing and re-pricing especially since the sale process started before the Brexit vote and was completed afterwards!! Jordanna maintained an excellent relationship with the buyer also, overall very happy with the service and a special thanks to Jordanna for her endeavours.

GoogleI enjoyed my rental experience with Hamptons and having a property manager to contact when needed. My property manager Chervon Pierre was always quick to respond to queries and co-ordinate any issues with the landlord to resolution.

Friendly, organised, responsive and always providing very useful advice with regards to the market and our sale strategy. GoogleI would not recommend to anyone renting - we paid our rent on time for over two years and were excellent tenants but when the landlord wanted to get some money out of us, hamptons didn't support us in any way and assisted in the landlord chasing money - didn't even respond to us when we asked them to mediate. They don't care about tenants and just look out for the landlord.
