The Hamptons team, led by the capable Jordanna, quickly brought lots of potential buyers to view the property, and we had an offer within three weeks above asking price. They remained very helpful during the conveyancing period right until completion. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI have been very satisfied & pleased with Eloise, my property manager, who is very responsive and proactive in managing my apartment. She certainly has all the good qualities of a professional and efficient property manager. Ever since she started managing my apartment six months ago, I find my role as an overseas landlord so much easier as she is quick to resolve any problems that crop up every now and then. Keep up the good work Eloise!

GoogleWe put our flat with Hamptons to sell and we're extremely disappointed with the number of viewings. The price they originally valued the property at generated little interest so they quickly recommended dropping the price. Even after this we struggled to get interest. I felt they were not as proactive as could have been. I transferred the property to a different agent where it was again marketed at the original value and it sold very quickly after getting double the number of viewings in half the time. Overall I just didn't feel like our property mattered to them.

GoogleThis was our first experience renting a property. As a newly engaged couple with wedding planning looming, we needed a place with amazing customer service experience. We got better than that in Giuseppe Martellone. He was pleasant, completely honest, accommodating and responsive to our needs from start to finish. His good humour and easy charm made the process feel smooth. Even though we ended up finding a different flat, he was helpful and good humoured about the exchange. If this is the quality of all Hamptons agents, then I would recommend the agency highly.

GoogleWe recently sold a few properties through Hamptons in Clapham and I was very impressed at how quickly and efficiently they sold our properties. Their evaluations were realistic and our properties went for over asking price. Dealing with the team has always been a positive experience. I particularly want to mention Nina and Tara who have both been proactive in keeping me up to date and just a pleasure to work with. Their positive attitude and passion for what they do is refreshing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons to all my friends.

During these difficult times, finding a nice place in the Clapham area has proven extremely difficult but he helped us throughout the process, always available to answer questions.
