Update March 26th 2021: Done the checkout with Michell, everything went well. I have worked with Leila while finding the perfect home to let. Her help during this process was greatly appreciated. As a newcomer in London, this has been really difficult for me, but she made everything in her power to ensure I understand everything that's going on and that I also get the property. Terrible! Worst estate agents ever. At first I try to make appointment online, is was fine, I'm start to chat with Justina, we agree to make appointment to see house next day on Tuesday at 5.30pm, at first I was agree, but later i was asked she or is possible to change time at 6pm. She just gone, not replied, I try not write maybe 3 time , she was just ignoring me. I was seriously sad of that situation, and so disappointed. But I like that house. So I went straight to agency, but is was MORE DISAPPOINTING! Another lady who even don't say she name, was saying we have just one house. And was so rude, when I say to she I see on internet page, she started to say maybe is was writing to bay not rent. Ohh c'mon is ridiculous. Just time waisted.

I cant thank Michael & Mukesh enough I have used two estate agents before haart Stratford and I was promised the world and they never delivered. I then decided to pop in to haart Stratford and was greeted and welcomed straight away. I explained to Michael that I had two properties to sell and that they was on the market with another agent for four months, I wanted Michael to see the property as he was very confident he would get them sold. I wish I would have gone to haart Stratford sooner as Michael and Mukesh sold the properties within two weeks. I cannot thank them enough they helped me with all solictor paperwork and also even helped me arrange viewings in areas I was looking, they have both gone above the call of duty in realky helping me with my move. I would 110% recomend Michael & Mukesh to all my friends and family as they have made this process extremily easy and as stress free as possible, even when I pop into the branch there is always someone there to help. They have really put my mind at rest and i am so glad that I have found them as I cannot begin to explain the stress of trying to sell two properties and finding a house that i can move into once the sales finalise. The people I have been dealing with, were trustful and very polite, both on the phone and in face to face relations. Particularly Mr Jason Webb, showed his patience, politeness and professionality at all levels, replying to all my questions with precise and clear details and specific understanding when I enquired avout a wide range of topics, all of them concerned with the property and all the side connected issues. I felt that he cared about what my thoughts were and he understood them even before they were made clear to me. That is very important because a housing seeker may have no special experience in dealing in these matters and may not even know what he can choose and accept or ask in a new situation when he/she has to react in seconds. (Beth Joseph and Girls) We recently sold a house using HAART. Danny was very informative at the initial visit, not pushy gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to go at our own pace. All the things he said HAART would do he did. It was a stress free process I had a lot going on at our other home so we needed the sale to go smoothly. We put the house on the market in September 2018, had an offer within a week, had a commitment to purchase by the end of the 6th week and we have just exchanged contracts. This was my first time selling a property. I was a first time buyer and bought the property nearly 6 years ago, so there was little emotional attachment as well but I knew I wanted to sell. From the get go Haart put me at ease and explained the process very carefully with neutral advice (not a "sell sell sell!" approach). Mukesh was very easy to talk to and very patient. I had met other agents as well but there was a tendency to really sell other parts of their business very strongly (financial planning, mortgage advice etc) when we met and I did not encounter this with Haart. In that sense the decision to list was an easy one. Mukesh came around and took photo's almost immediately (after waiting for the right weather) and they looked great. They really helped to sell the property and showed off the improvements I had made over the years. It was also proven in the results. Several viewings took place and within 3 weeks from listing I had accepted an offer. This was particularly impressive given the state of the market (November 2018). I had neighbours on the same road, for instance, who sat on the market for months. The conveyancing process was challenging at times because we were in a big chain (again a first experience for me), however Haart kept me up to date consistently and explained all the steps along the way. Whenever I called Mukesh was available or almost immediately called me back if he was at a viewing. I never felt like I had to chase them to come back to me. Whether it be by phone or email, we always had updates and they were always available. I was not passed from one agent to another, it was handled very professionally and they deserve every penny of the commission they earned. I would definitely recommend Haart estate agents and am very grateful that they have enabled us to embark on the next chapter in our lives. Top marks.

Danny at Haart was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt I could always trust his advice. He was also extremely sensitive to my situation, given that I was selling the house because my mother had passed away. Even when the buyers started feeling fraught about how long things were taking due to the length of time it took for probate to be granted, both he and Val were understanding and respectful, and thankfully we got there in the end! Danny was also extremely helpful in sending me information about local house clearance options, as well as helping me with the last metre readings on the completion of the sale - given that I live miles away from the house I was selling! I would recommend his services and Haart to anyone.

Given the current market, it was hard to find a new tenant, but we were very impressed about her persistence and regular communication until we finally found a suitable tenant for the property.
