We vacated our property towards the latter end of January and six weeks on we have yet to receive our deposit or receive any indication of when the issue will be resolved. The service from Haart has been absolutely diabolical. Extremely limited communication and no understanding that we are nearly 2K out of pocket. There’s been excuses after excuses - report not being done, staff leaving etc but no solution or timeline. Elisa has been “forwarding” our email to the property management team for weeks but there doesn’t seem to be any communication forthcoming from them. They are a bunch of cowboys who have no regard for people’s money. We are now considering next steps and will be making a formal complaint and consulting the Ombudsman.

Whether it was understanding my requirements, suggesting solutions to help me tackle problems or simply just calling up to double check some details, he is exceptional in his approach. I have worked with Haart for several years. Initially, their service was excellent, but during the pandemic, they let go of many good employees, which led to a significant drop in service quality. This decline prompted me to choose not to rent my second property through Haart. However, in the past year, their service has improved considerably from a landlord's perspective. My current account manager, Jakir, has been very responsive and provided excellent service so far.

Mostly good the only issue I have had is not always knowing the right person to contact about what; have to call through to different numbers to get to the right person for dealing with certain issues, e.g. for our washing machine which has given out recently I contacted someone who I had contacted previously but they weren't a permanent fixture at the Estate agents and we weren't informed of who would be our point of contact after they left. Sometimes feel like we can be forgotten about almost. Although understand you can't always be on top of how every tenant is doing. Hoping to have our issue sorted pretty soon
