He took time to understand our situation and treated us with genuine care and respect. It honestly felt like speaking to someone who wanted the best outcome for us rather than just completing a transaction. Because our schedules were very tight, attending the usual viewing slots wasn’t possible. Despite being very busy, Jovan still found a way to arrange a viewing for us. That level of dedication really impressed us. After we saw the property, we knew it was the right place. We visited the office shortly after the property was listed and Jovan greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. He listened carefully to our situation and immediately understood what we needed. That level of attention is something you don’t always see. Although he had a busy schedule, he still managed to arrange a viewing that suited our timing. That alone showed how dedicated he is to helping clients. It seems that the management has changed and now, it is very bad… I have sent lot of emails regarding a water leak and water pipe blocked, I have called the number, I also came to the office to discuss my issue… no response back, no one is picking up the phone. It has been more than 3 weeks. Very disappointing. As a tenant, I hope that you won’t get stuck with an issue on a property with this agency. Nobody is going to help with this new management team.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I always try to see the positive in any situation, but unfortunately, my experience with this real estate agency has been the worst I’ve had in three years as a landlord. Communication is practically nonexistent. Emails and messages go unanswered, and there is no sense of accountability or professionalism. Despite taking their fees and a percentage of the rent, there is little to no actual service provided in return. One of the most frustrating issues is their failure to collect rent on time. As a landlord, you expect this to be handled efficiently, yet I’ve repeatedly had to chase tenants myself, something that completely defeats the purpose of using an agency in the first place. Overall, the lack of commitment, responsiveness, and basic competence is shocking. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. I’m relieved that this contract is finally coming to an end and will definitely be looking elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

What a great experience! Finding a suitable flat for our son, in such a competitive and expensive market was a difficult challenge until my family engaged with Haart Estate Agents. It's fair to say that JOVAN NASH is an exemplary individual and has gone above and beyond to ensure that our experience has been as stress-free as possible. We are in the process of selling our home up north and our son is relocating to London with his job, while we set our sights further afield! A very stressful time with so many moving parts. My family spoke with JOVAN on the phone initially having identified what we consider to be a perfect home (albeit short term) for our son, and then met via video call. A viewing of the property was done and time was taken to show my wife and son around. JOVAN did not rush the viewing, was extremely patient and answered questions asked. He took away queries that he was unable to respond to at the time of the viewing but followed up as soon as he could. JOVANs knowledge of the area, the property and the rental market was excellent. Where he was unsure about legalities, he escalated accordingly. All being well, my son and his friend will be moving next week and with JOVAN's support, we trust this will be a smooth process. Best lettings experience ever. From taking photos to handing over to the tenants, the whole process was transparent, efficient and seemless. Their estate agent Elisa Achampong was superb in the sense that she answered all my questions (including other general queries regarding renting, flat and insurance) timely and right to the point, which you don't see a lot nowadays. And everything was coordinated so well that I really didn't have to be involved much. Would definitely recommend their service.
