The sales progressor - Helen has been very helpful in getting my purchase over the line. Due to a lease extension the sale took much much longer than expected but Helen was instrumental in making it a reality. My only advise would be that when there are complicated or non-typical cases that Haart appoint a sales progressor (Helen) much sooner into the buying/selling process.

I had a pleasant experience with hart, they helped me complete my first property which is very exciting and will always be special to me! Mukesh was at the end of the phone nearly perfectly every time even messaging me whilst he was away on holiday, i can’t fault him and how attentive to me he was through out the whole process which was more complicated than normal due to various reasons! The only reason I didn’t add a 5th star is that I felt at times I was being told things that turned out to be rather large issues, IE damp proofing were simply down to condensation etc but I assume this was to help sell the property and to ease my concerns! I’m glad I did some more digging!!! my advice to anyone purchasing is to go with your gut and get extra surveys done in detail even if advised that the problems aren’t necessarily going to be costly, Saved myself 10 thousand in damp fees! In Mukesh’s defence when the problems came back he negotiated a price drop very efficiently and metaphorically held my hand right to the end! Thank you hart for all your hard work!
