Just a quick note to thank Jakir from the Property Management team for his assistance with end of tenancy arrangements. He arranged to have the property inspected after the tenant had vacated and then arranged a clean of the property. As a landlord, it’s important to have one point of contact who I can trust to get things done. Jakir organised everything promptly and provided feedback at every stage, including before and after photos of the clean. I would not hesitate to recommend haart Stratford and Jakir in particular if you are a landlord with properties in the East London area.

Kevin has been our rented property manager since few months and has managed a difficult situation that recently we had to deal with, we real ease. His manner of handling the communication was really good to see as we had diffculty with the previous manager. Kevin is clear in his communication and takes care to call us whenever there is an issue or need things to be communicated. What an amazing team! I can not thank Helen and Muhammed enough. They were professional and supported me 100% throughout the process. My sale was not one of the easiest of sales, being a leasehold property and part of a chain but Helen was there through every hurdle, every bump and supported me and helped me throughout the process. I would not have been able to do it without her. Muhammed was the reason we chose Haart, he was very clear in explaining the process and we instantly built a relationship of trust and knew that he was the right person to help us sell our property. Both Helen and Muhammed have impeccable customer service skills, they are full of knowledge and know exactly how to provide the best professional service. I can not recommend them enough, I wish I could give them 100 stars! Even when Helen and Muhammed were off Simon was able to step in and carry on supporting us with the sale. One thing that you don’t want to happen when moving to a new property is having a leak on day 1 after moving in. I cannot speak highly enough of the assistance we received from Jakir. We didn’t have electricity for 1 night which was difficult by Jakir assisted us resolving the issue. He was constantly checking on us and has advised us what to do while waiting for the plumber and electrician. It has been a tiring few weeks after this move but very grateful for people like Jakir and his team for being there to help and assist us. Thank you so much Jakir!

It has been a pleasure dealing with Tilly Davis who successfully letted out my 1 bedroom Flat on Stratford High Street. I have worked with many estate agents over the past 5 years, but Tilly has really stood out for all the right reasons. I was very impressed with how prompt her responses were and she was very good at keeping me up to date with viewings, offers and then the vetting process. This allowed me to feel at ease and have every confidence in her. Tilly was also quick to problem solve to find a missing EICR certificate by contacting the contractor direct. I was most grateful for this as she fixed the issue within a day and prevented unnecessary expense for me and further logistics for Haart. I will certainly be hoping that it's Tilly who negotiates any future tenancies I have with Haart."

In short, it has been excellent and I won’t hesitate to call it exemplary: fast response, attention to details, excellent communication skills, great at organising the work when it needed and coordinating with the landlord. Mo and Helen were simply amazing, supporting us through a very challenging sale and purchase. It certainly wasn't the easiest journey, we lost our first buyer but Mo was swift to get things back on track for us and thanks to all of his hard work and the hard work of Helen as sales progressor, we were still able to purchase the property we were originally trying to buy. This was no easy task, given tight timeframes and complications with solicitors, but Mo and Helen were always there as incredibly reassuring and responsive points of contact, obtaining answers and ensuring constant communication throughout. Nasir Hussain is the first property manager that's been really on the ball. I really appreciate how competent he is from the precise communication with updates on the situation, his rapid responses and then following up after the work has been completed. Just an example of this recently was when our boiler had issues yesterday. He sorted it out with a same day engineer along with constant updates. We used Haart in Stratford to sell our 1 bedroom flat which completed a week ago. From the initial market appraisal right through the process we cannot fault the customer service we received. We had 2 offers with a week of putting it on the market and from there it was as smooth a process as it is possible to have. Given the current market conditions and volatility of mortgage rates this was all the more surprising. Mo and Helen kept us updated every step of the way and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Had a really great experience with Elisa from Heart Stratford Branch, it would be five stars if it wasn't for the fact that our property managers are Haart Leytonstone and they don't take as much care or have much consideration or urgency when it comes to providing support.
