GoogleWe have been using Gordon and Co for a number of years and have found them efficient and reliable. Their front of house team has to find clients which means being personable and friendly without overdoing the selling and keeping communication flowing between all parties. The unseen office staff are always helpful and prompt whether it is answering questions or informing us. The lettings team work very hard so that we rarely have a lengthy void.

GoogleAppalling service - deposit still not returned after 6 1/2 weeks, lost a set of our keys (which they denied loosing till they finally located them) and NEVER respond to emails. We will most definitely not be using Gordon and Co in the future.

View Agentsthomas was helpful in a long drawn out process; when other parties were slow in responding he helped track them down and get them moving. it was a shame that gordon and co's checks on tenants were as unnecessarily severe as they were, as this was the main cause of the process taking a long time, however thomas helped us through it, and got us moved in on the date agreed despite it looking like it wouldn't happen.

GoogleI had an awful experience with Gordon & Co. After 10 months of tenancy they wanted to keep 53% of the deposit for absolutely no reason. After checking online I found out that this is how they usually work. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I was looking for a flat to quickly move in before xmas and it is always not very easy to find a decent flat. in London. Tom showed me around a couple of flats that suited my criteria and is very open and transparent about the details.
