My partner and I moved out of EV last week after two years in the area. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in the area and the Get Living team are ace! The move-out process was absolutely effortless and seamless just like our move-in (we moved in during Covid!) Big shout out to the Mirabelle Gardens team & the maintenance team - you have been extremely accommodating & helpful! I've said it to the team and I'll say it to you all, if we are ever in a position to go back to the rental market, we will know who to contact! One of the best companies to take an apartment with. Convenient, hassle-free and great quality service. No matter what issue you have, you get a resolution within 2 days. We had our dishwasher throw an error and Ryan Walker, the service agent, got the dishwasher replaced at once. He was very cordial and friendly. Came at the mentioned time, was quick with the job and gave an elaborate instructions on how to use and maintain a dishwasher well. Great service!

We have recently moved in to Laurel Point with the helpful team of GetLiving. Charlotte Goodyear was incredibly helpful in our search for our new home. For the leasing process, everything went smoothly thanks to Zareena Aziz! Also Mizanul Khan, our Relationship Manager at Victory Plaza has been really quick to answer all of our questions. Our mailroom key was faulty and it was fixed the same day. Overall, they are a great team to accompany you in an exciting/stressful time. I highly recommend finding your new home with them!

We moved in about a month ago and really love it! The process to rent a flat was very painless and easy. The furniture provided in the flat is good quality and stylish and the neighbourhood is really cute. It really has a community feeling and the wetlands near us are nice to go for walks around every night. The lettings coordinator Zainab was really lovely and helped us in a timely manner with any of our queries. We had one repair that needed doing and they sent someone out to fix it within two days which was surprisingly fast. I would definitely recommend living here!

The best customer experience that could be offered ever! Frictionless, quick without any fuss and losing precious time, we managed to rent our new home in a timely manner and no stress. Claire was incredibly helpful with the viewings and the initial steps for renting the apartment.
