EDIT: Big thanks to the Luke and Kevin from the maintenance team for a very quick and efficient service. Having had a bad landlord previously, it’s refreshing to have the maintenance team! Amazing experience! The whole process was very smooth, the flats are beautiful, the area is full of green spaces and the transport links are unbeatable. Special thanks to Zainab in the contracts team for being super responsive and friendly and Kaitlin, Sam and Nick for being very helpful and always lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to share our experience of living in the area. We had a wonderful 3 year stay in one of the GetLiving buildings - Laurel Point. It was a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. The furnishings were exceptional, everything was from BoConcept which is a high end furniture shop. I would say it was an Energy efficient building as our energy bills were at a reasonable amount even after prices increased. The area itself is very convenient to live in. There is a huge shopping mall just "outside your doors", very good commute to all possible locations. For families it is very child friendly area, there are numerous playgrounds around. Special thanks to the management team! They were very responsive to every our need and did their best to make our stay most comfortable. The whole process of moving into my new home was very smooth. I was helped by Rose one of the Leasing managers from Get Living. She was helped us with every small questions we had and arranged viewings at such notice as well. Currently it’s been 3 weeks into my new home. The area here is super nice. Lots of apartments where families and workings professionals stay. The area is quite safe as well where no one can access the buildings unless they have a key.

Claire Oki has been amazing from start to finish. She was super helpful in my search for the next apartment and was very patient with me over the various viewings! And when we got to referencing stage she was very crucial throughout this process and really helped to get things moving quickly. Zainab was methodical and helpful throughout the contract execution stage. A couple of questions had to be asked more than once or followed up a few times with the relationship team regarding moving in arrangements but overall a great service. Hopefully this level of service will continue when I move in!

Highly recommend the services provided by the maintenance team. After reporting the issue of our washing machine, Ryan came on the following day to test and replace the washing machine for us. He promptly responded to our request, arrived on time, and efficiently installed the new machine. Ryan is very friendly and professional. And he also took the time to explain the features and maintenance of the new appliance. We are truly grateful for the outstanding work provided by Ryan and the get living maintenance team and would confidently give them a five-star rating.

Hi to everybody! I would like to write a short notice regarding our new lovely complex. East Village is the best place for living. There are you can find everything that you need: park, lot of shops, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, gym, swimming pool, very good transport location, Hospital, a lot of places for children (playgrounds, nursery, schools.) I would like to say a big thank you to Maria, she helped us to find the best apartment with a incredible view, for the Zareena, she assisted us with paperwork and for Rebecca, she always ready to support on any issue.

Von and Sonia sorted out my parking permit quickly when my car arrives since I requested the parking bay with short notices :) Rikki is also helpful and responds quickly when I was having issues when moving in! In general however its a painful process instead of having access to the meter or being able to receive frequent readings every month on the time they are done (At least until smart meter is offered by our provider)

Maintenance is dealt with very quickly. We sent a request the previous evening and someone showed up the following morning. We lived in the East village for about a year in insignia point. The apartment was very well maintained and spacious for a 2 bedroom. The furniture was nice too. The East village is a lovely area with parks everywhere and the convenience of the mall.
