Extremely disappointing experience with Get Living. After being evacuated from The Filigree due to serious safety issues, I was placed in temporary hotel accommodation for nearly two months, with no clear communication about when I could return to my home.
After weeks of silence, I was finally offered the chance to move into a much smaller studio flat, not as a temporary solution, but as my only option going forward. It was made clear that it was either take it or be left with nothing, and I was given no support whatsoever to manage the move, despite the huge disruption and cost.
To make matters worse, staff entered my flat without any notice or permission, which I only discovered through my home security camera. I tried to speak to them through the microphone, but was completely ignored. Later, I received an email saying that they would be accessing flats again using management keys without confirming a specific time, something that is both unacceptable and invasive.

GoogleRyan from the maintenance team dropped by today as we had a fault with out dishwasher. He immediately worked out the issue and had the entire unit replaced within an hour.

GoogleReally enjoyed been living in the East Village. Chantal and Nicola were helpful through the renewal process and when I first moved there. They respond to emails very quickly. There was an issue with my bank and they were understanding of it and were very flexible.

GoogleThe service quality providing by Getliving is of very high standard in particular the consumer service and on site maintenance. I believe most renters would also consider these factors crucial to a rent property.
A special credit to Dominic, we wouldnβt have had a smooth moving out without his help.
The only downside is rental increment bit too steep otherwise we wouldnβt wanted to move out anyway.
