Applied for a Get Living property, after initially accepting, they then went back on their offer because the information they had about my partner previously living in a Get Living property was incorrect. They waited weeks to tell us, leaving us without accommodation. Then had to chase them multiple times in order to get the advance deposit payment returned. I would not recommend them at all.

I love my flat, but have never experienced such consistently awful customer service in my life with administrative errors (twice resulting in GLL erroneously withdrawing an additional £1K out of my account) more common than I thought was possible, and never a 'sorry' / 'I understand your frustration' / 'let me see what I can do to resolve the issue' in sight. Managers are OK, but with this exception, staff are defensive and rude. Today, one hung up on me.
