Showed me the property last thing before Christmas on short notice and did everything he could to find out all details about the house so I was fully informed before putting a bid in. When I did put the bid in he had it sent off and discussed with the landlord and an answer got for me in less than 24 hours which was great being able to move so quickly.

I had a viewing with Harry in London E14 which went very well! He was cordial and friendly and was very helpful throughout the viewing. Though the deal didn't take place, he was quick in suggesting me more properties based on my constraints, and regularly followed-up with me to get updates. GoogleI purchased a property with Franklyn James last month, and only have good things to say about them. As a first time buyer, I definitely appreciated Adnan's advice through the whole process, from viewing to completion, and his help in making sure each person involved in the conveyancing process was responding in a timely manner. Thanks to his proactive approach, we managed to complete just before the stamp duty deadline, which I originally did not expect, but was a very nice achievement. I definitely highly recommend Franklyn James for property transactions on the Isle of Dogs. Again, thanks a lot to Adnan for his patience and professionalism.
