FacebookVery unprofessional service. They always try to keep from deposit and take actions on their own even without relaying the message to the actual landlord. In two instances on the same property they did not transfer the request for my rent to the landlord and said that he rejected the offer for renewal and when I contacted the landlord, they said that they have not been notified about my request, only that I wanted to leave. Please be aware of these guys, check other REAL reviews and avoid at all cost. Really really bad agency that tries to profit at the expense of both landlord and tenant. Opportunistic, unprofessional and rude on communication.

GoogleI have been very happy with the service provided at Franklyn James thus far; Grace Pascall has always taken the initiative to ensure the sale is progressing smoothly, she has taken care with the details and been quick to remedy any concerns. I was impressed by how she proactively took time to familiarise herself fully with the location and specific property details at the outset and made a point to emphasise them to prospective buyers. The staff at FJ have been a pleasure to deal with thus far.

GoogleOur initial impression for Franklyn James was good but it soon turned into the most terrible experience. Franklyn James didn’t care to check if our new place was professionally cleaned or was in good shape at all. I came into a place which was filthy, had broken window hinges, non functioning and missing appliances and a nightmare to live in. They did little to nothing and just asked us to check with the landlords since it’s ‘not managed by them’. If you’re ever going through them, please make sure that they have confirmed that they will do the basic checks such as professional cleaning and inventory. Utterly unprofessional attitude.

We recently moved out of a property managed by Franklyn James. We had been in the property for 7 years, and FJ always responded promptly to any maintenance issues, as well as organising the tenancy renewal process in good time. The moving out process was also handled very professionally, and we received the deposit very quickly. Would recommend, they were a very refreshing change from the usual awful service from London estate agents!

Horrible customer service experience, I would mention the name if they wouldn’t have refuse to say it, if you are looking to rent a property with them and you are not rich don’t waste your time because they are going to laugh at your situation literally and refuse any offers even if you offer the same price that the property is listed with without even presenting this this to the landlord, discussing, STAY AWAY

GoogleWe rented a property from Franklin and James in October. Mark Kimber showed us the property. He was very polite and even made effort to convince the owner to let us have a dog. He went above and beyond for us. We definitely will work with him in future for our renting.

He understood our needs and despite the first property he showed us being not quite suitable, he reached out with another property which ticked all of our boxes.
