GoogleMy wife and I have been assisted by George; he has been very kind and helpful and managed to find a property matching what we were looking for and very quickly. He has also been very available and arranged us a last-minute viewing outside of his normal working hours. We definitely recommend him!

GoogleCan't be trusted. Let us an unsafe rat infested property on Brookmill Road and punished complaints by deducting the cost of returfing the lawn from our deposit - because it snowed

Trustpilotthe worst possible agency
the worst possible agency. They treat you like garbage with which they can do whatever want. Broken, leaking shower reported from me from the beginning of the tenancy, they didn't fix it for 8 months and now I'm guilty of the mug that's on the tub.Better do not work with them

I highly recommend Mr Gary Atkins from Franklin James. My experience with him from the last 4 years makes me feel calmer and confident with the good decision in any problem. He responds quickly and professionally. I hope there are more agents like him. Thank you, Mr Atkins!

GoogleI received fantastic service from Khoa and George. They helped me find a buyer for my flat in just a few days and were very helpful throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend this agency. They understand the local market far better than the big name agents.

TrustpilotExtremely poor service
Extremely poor service, rude people, a bunch of crooks. Never ever rent a property through these guys.

GoogleHorrible agents. Liars, unprofessional, would do anything to steal your money once you move in. They will fail at delivering any service properly such as professional cleaning, fixing the basics and provide a safe a healthy environment. Stay away!

GoogleI had a nice experience to rent a house with George. Since the first moment of viewing until signing the contract, he made it so easy. I can truly recommend him as an estate agent if you want to rent the property quickly.

GoogleWe just moved into our new apartment and have been assisted by George along the way. He has been very helpful and responsive (e.g. giving us the opportunity to see the apartment a second time within 24 hours). We strongly recommend his services.

GoogleProperty Sale - Jamie Hutton dealt with all aspects of the sale of our property on the Isle of Dogs. He was readily available throughout the sale for advice and assistance. He was very helpful and was quick to resolve any issues.

FacebookI'm very unhappy with the service I received when I moved in, I was not shown properly how appliances work, in particular the heating system. The heating system was not set up correctly, which resulted in a very high electricity bill.
