Danny was really helpful with accommodating for an online viewing. We were impressed with how well he conducted the viewing and we were completely sold on the flat. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to the landlord. Danny was really quick to reply to any of our queries and reassuring when communicating with us. Definitely the best service we got when looking for a flat especially with online viewings, couldn’t recommend him and the agency enough!

GoogleFranklyn James have provided an excellent service for us whilst looking for a new property to rent. Mark was super helpful and responsive every step of the way through securing our lovely new home! And even went into the office on a Saturday to do some paper work for us. He's been attentive and helpful and has reassured us every step of the way - I would highly recommend contacting Mark if you're searching for a new place!

GoogleVery nice and good agents, especially Vanessa. Unfortunately we just had quite a few sales fall through for various reasons. I’m unsure whether the agent could have done more due diligence on applicants which is why I’ve docked one star as ultimately we had to remove the property from the market and did not manage to sell.

GoogleJamie was absolutely fantastic. I have been in docklands and east london for 20 years and his knowledge is second to none. After being on the market with other agents , he has managed to sell two of my properties ( one of which has just exchanged). He is a lovely guy and very friendly to deal with which makes the whole process so much more pleasant . Very efficient and always finds way to deal with and solve problems. I can' t recommend him enough. 6 stars!

GoogleMark was the first agent we saw. We described our rough tick-list of what we wanted, where how much we wanted to pay etc. As it transpired, the perfect house came onto the market in that evening and Mark knew it would be right for us. He was pretty spot on. We took it straight off the market and were the first to view the property. A month down the line, we're moved in and couldn't be happier. Mark is a top bloke - friendly, not too salesy, understood what we wanted and post offer was really helpful.

GoogleI have been completely thrilled with the service that Mark has provided. He handled all negotiations with such professionalism and was able to secure a fantastic price in a very uneasy market. Mark's ability to read people meant that all appropriate leads were followed up and he didn't waste time where it was clear people were not interested. Once the offer was in Mark continued to work tirelessly to ensure both parties were moving forward and remained positive and friendly throughout. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Mark Kimber to anyone who needs to sell a property.

Mark's ability to read people and the market meant he was able to get the right people in to view the property and achieve some amazing offers in a difficult climate. He is very responsive and very easy to contact. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you are looking for. With friendly manner, he rang me first a couple of times wanting to show me properties which isn't even on the market yet that I'd be interested which I really appreciated. GoogleThe past 3 weeks dealing with Franklyn James realtors has been so stressful and overall just hideous. Although we had paid the deposit for the apartment we were going to rent they did not inform the landlord or whatever happened and we literally found our apartment for rent with another agent and they were also a couple of offering on it, meanwhile my partner and I have been packing to move in 3 days and that is one of the many things that went wrong the past 3 weeks. Literally the landlord contacted us directly in order to solve all the mess. Renters, Landlords BEWARE

2nd time round Franklyn James does their magic. If you need a flat rented out they are so fast at marketing and endless viewings. Their Lettings team are without doubt always trying hard to find me a tenant against a very tough market. Mark Kimber found a lovely couple to rent my flat. Super happy. Will use again.

Unscrupolous dishonest agents, did not want to refund our money for work which was NOT done. We filed a formal complaint which was decided in our favour. Complaints made by existing tenant and prospective tenants, viewing the property over their lack of professionalism.We will be selling our flat in a few years and because of this experience with them, we will not be using FJ. Furthermore, we will NOT be recommending them to friends.

He didn't respond to the offer or even answered my call.It's ok to reject an offer, but what is not ok is to ignore customer multiple times and not respond to their communication.Updated to 2 stars after receiving a call from Hannah too appreciate her attempt to improve the company image.
