GoogleOur experience with Franklyn James was great, they are attentive, efficient, fair and look after the landlords and the tenants. They acted very professionally for a rather complicated case and let our properties quickly for a fair price. I would highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service experience, I would mention the name if they wouldn’t have refuse to say it, if you are looking to rent a property with them and you are not rich don’t waste your time because they are going to laugh at your situation literally and refuse any offers even if you offer the same price that the property is listed with without even presenting this this to the landlord, discussing, STAY AWAY

GoogleThese guys treated us like delinquents once they take the deposit from us. Their aim then is just see you leave at the end of the tenancy since they will charge new fees to the next tenant. They will not allow you to talk with the landlord (the name is not even in the contract). They will not take care of anything since they want you to leave as soon as possible. They will charge you for any service, reference letters etc, even the copy of the keys (and it will not be cheap). They will not answer to you emails and even if you go to their office in person you will be treated as a delinquent. Absolutely disgracefull.

GoogleThey helped me find a good flat in a really good area, at a price way bellow the average. I was out of the country at the time and the whole process was straightforward and easy, from exchange of documents to a Skype visit of the house. Lived in that flat, managed by them, for 2 years. Always prompt, always quick to arrange for repairs. I would recommend them in a heartbeat :)

GoogleThey have been managing the letting of our flat for the last over 2 years and have done an excellent job. Tanzila Arefin, our property manager, is always prompt in dealing with any queries from the tenants or us and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their services.

Danny (Assistant Lettings Manager) was enthusiaistic and kept me informed at every stage from viewing the property to the offer finalization process . Ria (Property manager), has always been reacheable and quick in responding to any queries.

GoogleFranklyn James management is terrible! Highly not recommended ! They just disappear when we need help! Dovile and Fiona did't reply to our messages when our boiler stopped working this winter - they didn't reply when our neighbor complained about having water dropping from their ceiling - They prevent other services (repair and inspection contractors) to do their work properly by providing them with incomplete set of keys. Franklyn James where are you?

GoogleAfter months and months of struggling with the flat search, we were able to find the perfect place through Franklyn James, especially thanks to the help of the lovely Danny! He really made the whole process so seamless and easy, we saw the flat one day and a few days later we had the contract! Really great service! Highly recommended!!

GoogleI have worked with many different agents across London and I can say Gary and the property management team of Franklyn James are very organised and have a fast turn around in getting remedial work authorised. In the 2 years I have been working with them I have never had any issues with payments and in general they are delight to work with. I look forward to many more years to come.

GoogleTerrible customer service. As many other estate agents they stopped working once they secured my deposit. Terrible communications, I had to chase up almost everything, no repairs were made, I didn't get my contract until the very last day and now have to reorganize the entire flat as the painters have to paint the flat 2 weeks after I moved in instead of before. Avoid.... TL DR: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK PROFESSIONALISM

TrustpilotPay rent and keep quiet
Frankly James were welcoming at the beginning of our tenancy but this is where their professionalism ends. Once they get you to sign a tenancy agreement, it’s better if you don’t ask any questions but keep paying (high) rent. They will hold your deposit which means that they have leverage and will use it to squeeze every penny. Please avoid this letting agent at all cost!
