Rented us a rat infested unsafe property (sparks coming from the washing machine) and refused to return their deposit until we instructed lawyers. Also charged us for returfing the lawn because it snowed

They have sorted out problems quickly and efficiently and have been very easy to communicate with. I would have no hesitation in using them for any future work.

GoogleCan't be trusted. Let us an unsafe rat infested property on Brookmill Road and punished complaints by deducting the cost of returfing the lawn from our deposit - because it snowed

the worst possible agency. They treat you like garbage with which they can do whatever want. Broken, leaking shower reported from me from the beginning of the tenancy, they didn't fix it for 8 months and now I'm guilty of the mug that's on the tub.Better do not work with them

GoogleIgnored my request to replace my matress the whole year. Not even a reply but v quick to add charges and demand replies to their emails. Charged us for a missing lamp that didn't exist. Also tried to charge me £36 for a reference letter I needed to move out. Typical disgrace of an estate agent.
