Had a great viewing and consultation experience with agent Jasmine. My partner and I were looking to rent a flat at the Barbican and got in touch with Reagan at Frank Harris through this process. From our first call, he got our details, what exactly we were looking for and arranged a viewing. He also had some recommendations for us to prevent being put into a tough situation at a later stage. I've never seen agents look out for tenants this well, which really put our mind at ease. The whole team at Frank Harris including Reagan, Raluca and Mitchell communicated very openly with us throughout the whole process. NIGHTMARE

I encountered a nightmare afternoon with Frank and Harris Barbican branch. The gentleman who I dont know the name appears to be extremely impolite. They have a weird policy that ask tenants to provide card details and CVV before they can call landlords to discuss offers. I understand this. but at that time I only knew for first time and I wanted to ask for explanations, the only thing I got is "up to you to do this, we have plenty of candidates who can rent this property" and their bull-s**t "we serve only the landlords not you". It can be true but how idiot to say this out :) Really wish I can have that guy's name.
