Great experience - our agent Shams gave us a delightful tour of the Barbican Estate and a great flat. Very well spoken, excellent manners and was very patient with me despite my old age. [TO AVOID URGENTLY // THEFT ] If I could put 0 stars, I would. After leaving our apartment, the landlord just refuses to send our deposit back. Every claims the landlord raises is only wear and tear. My former roommate and I have every proofs. During our stay, my roommate and I claimed multiple times to Frank Harris that the apartment was not in proper condition and the landlord refused to fix it. We lived in unbearable condition (hob not working, air ventilation not working ...) Now, the landlord wants to use our deposit to fix it. The agency team refuses to help us and doesn't want to hear anything at all. They are not supportive at all and just play blind despite multiple mails and proofs we sent to claim our deposit - our money - back. Now we are filling every possible forms to take it to the court as they are just stealing our money based on nothing. If I can give you some advices, avoid urgently Frank Harris!! It will cost you your money, your time and energy. Kind regards. Thanks.

On June we viewed a flat marketed by Frank Harris for rent and subsequently made an offer which was accepted. We were informed shortly before signing that the supposed landlord was in fact a council tenant and had no right to let the property. This late disclosure caused us considerable inconvenience, as we had already given notice on our current flat and had to urgently secure alternative accommodation. I find it incredible that they would promote and even send a tenancy agreement for a property before confirming if the supposed landlord is in fact who he/she say they are.
