Selling my flat

I was very impressed with Mr Butt and his team at Frank Harris, Marchmont Street. In the process of selling my small flat they could not have done better. George advised me on which offer I should accept and then he helped in finding a very good solicitor.There were a few 'hiccups' in the process of selling, which the solicitors had to deal with, but he was very patient and finally the sale was completed.I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone Frank Harris in Marchmont Street, WC1.

Having recently rented with Frank Harris I can say that the staff did all in their power to make the process as simple as possible, always being friendly and accomodating. Charlotte is responsible for our flat and she was very helpful throughout the whole process in answering all our questions and problems. During the flat tour she offered to show us around the area which helped sell us on the flat and the area, which was helpful.

Unprofessional and unsafe experience, not recommended

We are a professional family with two young children and signed a 3-year tenancy through Frank Harris. From the very first day, the property was not cleaned properly, dirt and damage under the fridge (see photos) and a broken bin left in place. Soon after moving in, we discovered mold on the ceilings, pest infestations, and a faulty lock on the front door.

I have used Ian Swale at Frank Harris to rent out my flat for more years than either of us like to think about. He has always been excellent and has a first class team. Mitchell Max was my main contact this time and he maintains the excellent tradition of matching a sense of humour with a top professional service. I had a wonderful experience with Charlotte at Frank Harris. She was extremely responsive, replying in very short order to my message regarding interest in several properties. Due to the current restrictions, a video tour was needed and Charlotte not only did a walk through, she also filmed a video we could watch back later. Our lettings situation was complex, and Charlotte walked us through the process with clear advice at every stage. Whenever little problems cropped up (they always do!) Charlotte was a real problem solver and creatively and quickly resolved them. I recommend her, and Frank Harris.
