GoogleWe've been renting a place through Frank Harris for a year now. We've been well taken care of by Rob before, but recently, Jay took his place and keeps doing an amazing job. He's been very responsive, easy to communicate with and has taken care of our contract renewal in record time. They provide partial information, hide essentials (energy ratings/service charges, etc), cannot get a straight answer from them and they'll spam you mercilessly with unrelated emails!Of which their response below is a typical example: ask to be unsubscribed, even though you were never asked to be subscribed, and you'll get requesters to give them a call!!They must be thinking that only fools would deal with them.AVOID! AVOID!!!
