I must say, I have given my business to this Estate Agency for the last 13yrs and they have never seemed to amaze me. I have never had a void period in finding professionals to rent my one-bedroom property in SE1. Their agent is so efficient and effective in finding reputable tenants an securing long term contracts quickly. I enjoyed the follow-up communications and customer service with the team. Ryan the Letting Agent Manager knows how to make you feel special as a Landlord with a complimentary wine case on completion. Keep up the excellent work guys and it's great doing business with you.

GoogleI used Frank Harris for finding a flat at Barbican twice over the span of two years, and their service has been always great and responsive. After Rob Sayers' departure, Charlotte in particular helped me with the new house finding this time, and she was attentive and responsive re: paper work and the process and helped me correct the issue, which was a huge help for me as I was juggling multiple things alone (work, business, family, etc.) at the same time while looking for a new flat + a house move (although, I managed to find my own movers) in the midst of the pandemic. Jay Smith also helped me with the move-out paper work and he has been very responsive and went above and beyond to sort out the deposit transaction (coming to an agreement with the landlord) after my move. Lorenzo stood out as one of the best experiences we have had and I felt compelled to write as I often think we don’t when things are great - and we should. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the Barbican and property market were exceptional. He listened courteously and responded to all of our questions in detail, and signpost us to resources. What we particularly liked was the overview of the estate he offered, we could really visualise ourselves there. He did not patronise and we felt he treated us no differently from clients looking with higher budgets.

GoogleThis was my first time needing to deal with estate agents and it was a great experience with Frank Harris. Jamie Charlton help me along the way so much, he was able to explain to me how things work as I’m not very familiar with how the housing process in Uk works at the very beginning. At the same time, very responsible and engaging, and I feel like you never really need to worry too much when you are working with them. The area that they cover isn’t so big, so they know what they’re doing very clearly and you don’t get thrown between agents. Some other companies I’ve worked with I have gotten approached by several agents which are good and bad at the same time because alone the way you might fine the right agent for you, however, sometimes communication get lost and you would have to explain yourself to the same company over and over again.  If you are trying to find properties in the area that they cover, they work really well into showing you what you want because they don’t try to push you to get something that is over your budget or things that is completely out of your rangeIf you are or into the categories that you’re not looking for. At least in my experience with Jamie he was very sure on the unites he showed me, it was enough in variety, yet most of them fulfilling a decent amount of my boxes (which pretty much all agencies (frank harries included) have told me at the very start that would be quite difficult to fulfils all).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe staff here are truly very helpful and especially knowledgable about the Barbican. My general experience of letting/estate agencies (as I'm sure is the case for everyone) is average to poor at best. But the team at this branch of Frank Harris were wonderful, informative, listened to our needs, responding sensitively, and they aren't at all pushy. I have to single out Charlotte Rule for special praise. She helped us find one of the best flats in the Barbican (and, I might say, one of the best in London). Thanks to her, we've spent two very happy years letting from an equally delightful landlord. A real and very rare gem of a renting experience. I high bar for others to meet. My only regret is having to leave this flat due to a change in circumstanes. I shall miss everything about it.
