GoogleI ran into a really stressful complication towards the end of my rental with Frank Harris, and Phoebe W. was there for me from start to finish. She was kind, immensely patient, and constantly reassured me, even when things got tense. I truly felt like she had my back and did everything she could to protect my interests until the issue was solved. I'm genuinely thankful for her support and I highly recommend her

GoogleTerrible experience. Have left our flat over 3 months ago and we are still completely in the dark about our deposit of over 3 grand. Not even replying to emails anymore and have given us zero information about why things are taking long. Will probably reply to this saying it’s the landlord’s responsibility but as a letting agency you would expect to have the minimum amount of decency to treat tenants with some respect. The agents never reply unless you write to their manager. So glad this lease is over.

GoogleWe purchased soon after Covid -19 pandemic and despite that, and living in Australia and the complexities of an overseas purchase with all of the issues of forex/different contractual obligations/deceased estate/anti-money laundering (AML) requirements Frank Harris & Co. (George Butt) were both professional and supportive to deal with. We had heard that buying in the UK had it's challenges and although that is the case Frank Harris were superb.
