Anja and the team did a great job dealing with the aftermath of a flood caused by a leak from a split central heating pipe. They communicated well with our tenants and despite being on holiday on the other side of the world got everything back under control. Great job!

GoogleI spoke to Lucia Giurini today in the lettings department as I needed to obtain a previous landlord reference (I run a referencing business), she was extremely helpful. There was a problem with the telephone line and she went out of her way to help me by calling me back from her personal phone and then solving my problem. If this is the sort of service she provides for a non-fee paying customer it shows that service is extremely important to her and the company. Really impressed.

GoogleI've been using Frank Harris to find tenants for my flat since 2002. They've always found top rate tenants in double quick time and many have stayed for two or three years. Neil and Ben have just found yet another good tenant for me so I'm looking forward to more of the same. Rob Joyce and his team in the FH management department are very good too, ideal for me, living out of London now, they do a great job looking after the place and sorting out problems without any fuss.

TrustpilotHopeless Support for LANDLORDS
It’s perhaps typical of all estate agents and no wonder they get a bad name for themselves but this firms rental department are particularly inept. My beautiful apartment was returned to me by my tenants at the end of September 24 in a substantially damaged state as a result of their family of indoor cats. Mistake number 1 was me accepting a tenant with cats. Mistake 2 was to assume that the extensive damage to silk curtains and carpets would be covered by the tenant agreeing to deductions from their security deposit. Mistake 3 was to assume that the agent would help resolve the matter. My tenants after initially accepting the costs, they have stopped communicating and left me with having to pay over £20k in reinstatement costs having waited for 6 weeks. I sincerely hope that I will be able to amend this review and settle the matter with my old tenants but as regards Frank Harris, I can’t recommend the rental team
