We had a viewing with Lorenzo yesterday to view a city pad. Not only was he professional but personable too and took time out to show us the surrounding area too, so we had a 360 feel for the place. Our random questions were answered with ease, (even though we were all wearing masks), anything that to be checked, were quickly resolved in the morning. Good to see an agent that truly cares about both Vendor and purchasers, he's the whole package I would say

Looking for a place in London, moving from Brighton during the pandemic is quite an unusual experience, though Lorenzo in the Barbican and City office has been very helpful and friendly, and kept us informed of best options (we have a dog to suit, also). He has known or found out all necessary info about freeholders / lease lengths etc quickly. We still haven’t made a decision and continue to look, though he has been supportive through the process and been conscious of our specific requirements.

Tina and Lorenzo inspired confidence and delivered. In a less than buoyant market, they quickly sold our flat and found us another flat to buy. They know the Barbican market and its inhabitants very well. After offers were accepted, they were very proactive in steering the transactions through to completion. They were in almost daily contact with all parties, identifying potential hold-ups very early and resolving them before they could delay proceedings. Altogether a very happy experience.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat in Bloomsbury through Frank Harris (Ian Clark and Trevor Banbury). We initially tried online but had limited interest, and as it has been a slow market (autumn 2018 - winter 2018/19) we were advised to go with an agent who could drum up more viewings and promote our flat to buyers looking in neighbouring areas who might otherwise have missed it (e.g. Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia). We had some insider info that Frank Harris had generated the most sales in the area in the previous 6 months, and they also have offices in the neighbouring areas, so we went with them. They were indeed able to generate more viewings and get us over the line, albeit we dropped the price in order to secure a property we liked elsewhere, and ultimately lost out on that as my buyer's solicitors were very slow. Their fees and lock in period were as good as any other agent with a physical premises. I would recommend if you are local.

Tina and Lorenzo have been absolutely amazing. They have been responsive, efficient, knowledgable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They know the Barbican intimately and are 'go to' agents for any purchase there. What they don't know is not worth knowing. They are also very decent, kind and fun and are excellent negotiators. If we were selling they would be our number one choice. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
