Tina and Lorenzo have been absolutely amazing. They have been responsive, efficient, knowledgable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They know the Barbican intimately and are 'go to' agents for any purchase there. What they don't know is not worth knowing. They are also very decent, kind and fun and are excellent negotiators. If we were selling they would be our number one choice. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleHaving been a Landlord in the area with one of Frank Harris' competitors for a number of years, I was fairly hesitant to use anyone else. After meeting Edward Rapley, the manager of the Frank Harris off in Marchmont St, I felt like it was worth seeing what service could be offered by him due to his seemingly honest and friendly nature. I was impressed. Not only did Edward communicate with me throughout the process, but he clearly had my best interests at heart (rather than his own like the average agent I have dealt with).
I would strongly recommend any Landlord, who has a similar story to me, to contact Frank Harris (and Edward in particular), they are a great outfit.

Also - a miracle- when we got into the property it looked like the photos online and video provided! Which sounds flippant, but the number of times we have had our time wasted by misleading pictures and info and been disappointed on a physical viewing I honestly couldn’t tell you.

I was left 10 days WITHOUT hot water from the first day I moved in, and they said it was fixed in a "professional and timely manner"; yes they don't seem to ensure at all that you have hot water on the very first day you check in. Of all the nerve! One more thing to alert, I found PESTS on the mattress. Horrible!
