I had a great experience dealing with Alison Battrick at Frank Harris for my flat purchase early on in the year. Although stressful, as it was during the early stages of the COVID nightmare, it was a pleasure dealing with Alison. She was professional, reassuring, extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions. I definitely will use Frank Harris when I decide to sell my flat.

Professional and responsive serviceIn helping us with our search, my wife and I were grateful for the professional and responsive service provided by Lorenzo. Not only did he give us plenty of time and provide us with all the information we needed, but he even suggested that we view an additional flat that had just come on and went back to the office to get the keys. A highly professional team, working in this instance under difficult Covid conditions. My Barbican apartment took slightly longer to move than we’d anticipated and the price was softer, but this reflected more on the market than FH. In general I would highly recommend them for a thorough, personal and reliable service, even though they are now part of a larger outfit.
