Lorenzo was an absolute star to work with and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Barbican Estate. While we settled on a property with another agent, we only wish it could have been Lorenzo who sold it to us!

Please do not take any house via Frank Harris. We recently moved into a property in Barbican; not only it was not deep cleaned but also electrical were not checked and we living under fire hazard and there is major plumbing leakage in kitchen and in the bathroom. In addition, smaller things do not work like broken toilet seat, smashed glasses broken curtain rods and list goes on!! I have been trying to connect with them especially regarding life threatening issues but agency is showing no urgency to act! Even though, they took full deposit and a very high rent.

Over the years, I've bought and sold several times in the Barbican through Frank Harris & Co and their service has always been excellent, under the stewardship of Tina Evans. Our latest transaction was led by her highly professional sales team manager Jamie Charlton, with support from Lorenzo Ronconi, and once again their service was first class. Against the background of the pandemic, Jamie & Co were consistently committed and enthusiastic, and proved to be great communicators, always keeping us up to date with developments. He and Lorenzo are great ambassadors for the company, going the extra mile when necessary, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Happy living in our apartment for a month now thanks to the good work of Charlotte at Frank Harris Barbican.The online advertised flat was available: unlike some of their competitors using some token-unavailable flat to gather contact details, they were prompt to accurately display then update their online offering including ours which was very much appreciated (and professional).The visit session was rapid: we spent an afternoon visiting with Charlotte then immediately picked up a flat.Charlotte and her management also impressively succeeded in negotiating the condition we proposed and getting things sorted in the (short) period we requested.The paperwork part was a bit laborious however as the company they use for referencing checking "The Letting Hub" kept asking for additional papers pretty much daily generating quite a bit of discomfort (that could be put on COVID as our previous agency went bankrupt indeed so the referencing was not straightforward...)Additionally, the flat needed some TLC as it was set for sale (before the pandemic) therefore was not very much ready for renting. As of today, some things are still not fixed although getting taken care of soon hopefully.Overall a very good experience; very much recommended and very much good work to Charlotte!

Tina and Lorenzo provided an excellent service throughout, from the moment of initial contact. They were always very responsive, and proactively updated me on what was going on.A initial approach to marketing my property was developed before being discussed and agreed, and then implemented in line with that plan. This was all done during COVID restrictions which clearly didn’t help.As is not uncommon the prospective purchaser caused a number of issues. The team provided a balanced consideration of how to react to these. This counsel was highly valued, an went a long way to mitigate my ire.The service I received was excellent and I would happily recommend them.

A seamless service from start to finish from Alison at Frank Harris estate agents. We came to sell our investment property in Bloomsbury and invited three local estate agents to provide a valuation and tell us about their service. After some thought, we opted for Frank Harris estate agents. A steady stream of quality viewings lead to a proceedable offer which was at a higher level than the other two agents suggested as the asking price. The sale process was completed in a little over ten weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended.
