GoogleSince I was moving internationally, it was quite hard to know what to expect when looking for a rental in London. Kellan S. absolutely exceeded any of my expectations when it came to helping me: see multiple properties so quickly, staying in consistent and constant contact, and going above and beyond with his support. Even if there were out of our control circumstances, he remained helpful and loyal to see his job through and help me find a flat successfully. I really appreciate all of his hard work and enthusiasm and know that he adds much value to the already great Frank Harris & Co. team.

TrustpilotUnprofessional service - they ask for your card details upfront
Very friendly and helpful staff, but a key warning to customers that I think they need to correct - if you are leasing an apartment, they ask for all your card details up front to make a holding deposit before you can make an offer - I think this is very unprofessional and also unsafe. All other real estate agents I've been in contact with in the past when renting a flat give you their account so you can directly transfer money to their account, the usual way. Posting this so people are aware and don't accidentally disclose their card details.

I must say, I have given my business to this Estate Agency for the last 13yrs and they have never seemed to amaze me. I have never had a void period in finding professionals to rent my one-bedroom property in SE1. Their agent is so efficient and effective in finding reputable tenants an securing long term contracts quickly. I enjoyed the follow-up communications and customer service with the team. Ryan the Letting Agent Manager knows how to make you feel special as a Landlord with a complimentary wine case on completion. Keep up the excellent work guys and it's great doing business with you.
