We recently got to know Lorenzo as he helped us find a flat in the Barbican. His knowledge of the estate is brilliant and he was always honest and open with us about the properties he showed us and had great advice and was attentive to our needs and ambitions, without ever being unrealistic. Equally he was always clear about the vendorβs expectations so that we always knew the reality of the situation. Lorenzo is a first class agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

GoogleFrank Harris were great. I had complicated sale due to works going on in the block where my flat was located. George, Eleanor, Lucy and everyone else at the firm worked really hard to find me a suitable buyer. George helped keep the sale on-track when it was in danger of falling apart due to some minor procedural issue. If I was selling a property in Central London again, I would go with Frank Harris.

Leaving 4 stars because I was looking for a 1B close to Moorgate and there weren't much properties in their portfolio.The service was however excellent (rep. Charlotte). Nothing I've ever seen. They prompt with the viewings, offered honest opinions and helped me reach a decision out of all my options. They made me feel they are working for me rather than trying to make quick bucks.

GoogleEven though we ended up not renting from Frank Harris, I would recommend them given the excellent customer service I got from George, who actually listened to my requirements and made sure he showed me only what felt right for me. He quite literally ran from one property to another to show me around during my lunch break and followed up politely and conscientiously via phone and email, great service through and through.

This company is operated mainly by telephone which means that they don't provide evidence in email form when they make false promises. Things take months to fix or go to the whole tennany without being fixed and then they'll try to charge you for them. They make promises to new tenants which they don't keep. Tried to charge us for repairs the new tenants are paid for. Terrible company greedy sneaky raise the rent by Β£1000 when we should've had the option to extend at the current rate.

Itβs perhaps typical of all estate agents and no wonder they get a bad name for themselves but this firms rental department are particularly inept. My beautiful apartment was returned to me by my tenants at the end of September 24 in a substantially damaged state as a result of their family of indoor cats. Mistake number 1 was me accepting a tenant with cats. Mistake 2 was to assume that the extensive damage to silk curtains and carpets would be covered by the tenant agreeing to deductions from their security deposit. Mistake 3 was to assume that the agent would help resolve the matter.

Very vocal and helpful staff! They got me a couple of good options per week during August, which is the hottest season in the rental market. Charlotte, the manager I worked with, was super nice and come up with very good apartments both in terms of price and location. The agents who do the viewings are never late, happy to discuss all the details of the property and answer any questions.
