We've worked with Nicole to find a new flat and she was absolutely brilliant. Nicole arranged for us to view the flat we liked really quickly, at a time that was convenient to us. While we viewed the apartment, she answered all of our questions and made really helpful suggestions. Once we made up our minds about the apartment she kept us updated throughout the approvals process and answered all of our additional questions (from what size mattress we should get, through to allowing us to visit the flat again so that we can decide on what furnishings we should buy). I have used Frank Harris once before to find me a flat and found them to be professional throughout. It was for this reason that I opted to use them again when I needed to relocate to South Bank. My expectations then were understandably high this time around. I was very surprised therefore to find my expectations not just met but exceeded. In spades. Nicole (Forgive me but I can't recall her surname) was a real pleasure to work with from the start. Highly professional yet friendly, knowledgeable of the local area, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with finding me exactly what I was looking for, explaning the process and asking me relevant questions but without bombarding me. She found me exactly what I was looking for almost immediately and although the viewing was online it seemed no trouble at all for her to put up with my lack of IT skills and virtually walked me through the walk through. Great experience with Nick, would highly recommend. I worked with Nick to find a flat around Waterloo and had a very positive experience: Nick went the extra mile several times to make sure that everything concerning the flat was taken care of (incl chasing several people to ensure the flat was in top condition before our move in). In general, Nick is really professional, responds very quickly and ensures that your interests are defended. Hopeless Support for LANDLORDS

It’s perhaps typical of all estate agents and no wonder they get a bad name for themselves but this firms rental department are particularly inept. My beautiful apartment was returned to me by my tenants at the end of September 24 in a substantially damaged state as a result of their family of indoor cats. Mistake number 1 was me accepting a tenant with cats. Mistake 2 was to assume that the extensive damage to silk curtains and carpets would be covered by the tenant agreeing to deductions from their security deposit. Mistake 3 was to assume that the agent would help resolve the matter. My tenants after initially accepting the costs, they have stopped communicating and left me with having to pay over £20k in reinstatement costs having waited for 6 weeks. I sincerely hope that I will be able to amend this review and settle the matter with my old tenants but as regards Frank Harris, I can’t recommend the rental team
