In February I needed to find an apartment in central London and thats when I came across Nicole Pretorius. Nicole was highly motivated, and genuinely committed to understanding what kind of flat I wanted. She then sent me links for properties, arranged viewings, provided advice. Within a week I had found the property I wanted. Nicole then worked extremely hard to secure that property for me. At every stage Nicole was polite, professional, informed and very efficient. I felt I was really well looked after and I felt confident in the process with Nicole at the helm. I was very impressed with Mr Butt and his team at Frank Harris, Marchmont Street. In the process of selling my small flat they could not have done better. George advised me on which offer I should accept and then he helped in finding a very good solicitor.There were a few 'hiccups' in the process of selling, which the solicitors had to deal with, but he was very patient and finally the sale was completed.I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone Frank Harris in Marchmont Street, WC1.

At the beginning, the agency was very responsive when it came to signing the rental contract. Before the contract was completed, they even asked us to leave a Google review. After we moved in, we noticed several serious issues in the apartment. The boiler was broken and only repaired one week later. The kitchen was not fully working, and the doorbell did not work at all. After moving in, the agency stopped being responsive and did not take proper care of these problems. This lack of responsiveness continued throughout the entire tenancy. Now, almost one month after moving out, the agency still has not returned our deposit, even though the apartment was left in the same condition as when we moved in. Overall, very disappointing experience.

We are a professional family with two young children and signed a 3-year tenancy through Frank Harris. From the very first day, the property was not cleaned properly, dirt and damage under the fridge (see photos) and a broken bin left in place. Soon after moving in, we discovered mold on the ceilings, pest infestations, and a faulty lock on the front door.

Condescending, rude and rush for you to sign. Their terms are dodgy their contracts protect the landlord only and their referencing process is weirdly intense. Ryan Morgan in particular will gaslight you into going by their terms only. There is no feeling of cooperation or honesty and transparency. Educated tenants avoid.
