A seamless service from start to finish from Alison at Frank Harris estate agents. We came to sell our investment property in Bloomsbury and invited three local estate agents to provide a valuation and tell us about their service. After some thought, we opted for Frank Harris estate agents. A steady stream of quality viewings lead to a proceedable offer which was at a higher level than the other two agents suggested as the asking price. The sale process was completed in a little over ten weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Alison Battrick and the sales team at Frank Harris, Bloomsbury, did a brilliant job of selling our properties. A third of the way through the sales the pandemic struck and we went into lockdown. With the altered economic climate we were very concerned that the sales may not go through. We were very fortunate however to be in the capable hands of Alison who was unflappable and navigated us confidently through to the finish. She was a realistic and fair negotiator; always returned our calls, kept us updated throughout, was reassuring and generally very helpful.We have dealt with Frank Harris in Bloombsbury over decades now and have found them to be realistic in their pricing, reliable and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

She proved to be a key link between my solicitor, broker & the seller side, to help get things done on time in spite of the market current delays. We had a viewing with Lorenzo yesterday to view a city pad. Not only was he professional but personable too and took time out to show us the surrounding area too, so we had a 360 feel for the place. Our random questions were answered with ease, (even though we were all wearing masks), anything that to be checked, were quickly resolved in the morning. Good to see an agent that truly cares about both Vendor and purchasers, he's the whole package I would say

Looking for a place in London, moving from Brighton during the pandemic is quite an unusual experience, though Lorenzo in the Barbican and City office has been very helpful and friendly, and kept us informed of best options (we have a dog to suit, also). He has known or found out all necessary info about freeholders / lease lengths etc quickly. We still haven’t made a decision and continue to look, though he has been supportive through the process and been conscious of our specific requirements.

GoogleVery helpful, fast and efficient. Great agent. Very much recomended. The only "small minus" was a quick drop of inerest to help after we signed a contract and difficulty to get all relevant paperwork. All solved in the end. Very happy with the service and happy to come back.

Tina and Lorenzo inspired confidence and delivered. In a less than buoyant market, they quickly sold our flat and found us another flat to buy. They know the Barbican market and its inhabitants very well. After offers were accepted, they were very proactive in steering the transactions through to completion. They were in almost daily contact with all parties, identifying potential hold-ups very early and resolving them before they could delay proceedings. Altogether a very happy experience.

GoogleWas renting with Frank & Harris for 2 years. They were super helpful in finding the apartment, and throughout my tenancy went above and beyond to make everything smooth even when the inevitable issues arose (leaky shower etc.) During the checkout especially, absolutely everything was handled very professionally and efficiently and I would certainly recommend FrankHarris to others. The flat itself was perfect, and I'm sorry to leave. Special shout outs to Teneal Castanho, Tony George, though there are others who were also fantastic throughout

GoogleI contacted Frank Harris about buying a flat at the beginning of the year. Simon Angell could not have been more helpful or thorough. After arranging numerous viewings for me and a couple of false starts (when vendors decided they did not actually want to sell after all) he found me just what I was looking for and the sale went through. This was down to his hard work and persistence and, while he is of course acting for the vendor, I never felt he had anything but my best interests at heart. I highly recommend him and Frank Harris.

GoogleI've been renting my property through this company for over 10 years now. I love the personal service they give. Even though I live abroad, they are always available by phone and email to help handle any issues. They are efficient, always find new tenants for me and are extremely helpful. I've also appreciated the constancy of their employees as it has allowed me to build long term relationships with their office. They are by far the best letting company I've used in my 20+ years of letting. They really know and seem to care about my flat and maintaining good landlord relationships. I recommend them highly.
