GoogleHad a great experience with Nicole Pretorius at Frank Harris - we went through them to rent a flat in London and found her incredibly friendly, responsive and professional. In particular, she helped us negotiate a favourable payment schedule, which we, as international students/recent graduates without UK-based guarantors, found incredibly difficult with other agencies. Overall, I would definitely recommend her services.

We had our viewings with Rebecca who was lovely and friendly and in no way pushy like representatives from other agencies that we met with. Throughout the process the team at Frank Harris were very good at keeping us informed about the progress of our move and what we each had to do next etc. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have been badly disappointed by these estate agents and cannot recommend them from my experience. Despite them having "checked" the flat and inventory before my move in, I was given a flat with a broken toilet seat and broken lights. I have repeatedly asked for additional information, such as where to dispose of my rubbish and have not received an answer.
