Lorenzo was a real pleasure to deal with at Frank Harris. Although I wasn't able to get my first Barbican purchase over the line this time, he helped me understand the Estate and I think brought the vendors as close as possible to a deal. He was transparent, polite, and just a pleasure to correspond with. I'll be coming back to him next time I'm looking.

GoogleFrank Harris & Co have gone above and beyond during our search for a flat in London. Nicole in particular found us our dream flat in the perfect location. She was extremely accommodating and especially given Covid and it being a nervous and uncertain time for everyone, she made us feel totally at ease and enabled us to enjoy our flat hunting search. Also, she accommodated our long working hours and lack of flexibility for viewing times, which we really appreciated. She was super responsive, which is a complete contrast of what we experienced with other letting agents which sent us properties which were not in line with our requirements. We had been to viewings with 5 other agents, and the professionalism we experienced at Frank Harris could not be compared to any other letting agent. Nicole helped us throughout our property search, from our initial viewing all the way up until we moved into our property.
