GoogleA great experience renting with Nick who has been straightforward, thorough and helpful throughout the process. Almost immediate replies whenever we had questions and a breath of fresh air in comparison to other letting agents. It has been a pleasure being guided through the process with seemingly honest and open communication. He has gone out of his way to ensure we have a hassle free move in and is a credit for the letting agent and the landlords he represents. He has softened my view on unscrupulous letting agents and I will recommend him to others! Credit should also go out to other team members including Bobbie and Nicole who also helped us when needed.

GoogleI personally never liked searching for lettings online and prefer to meet someone in person. Nick met us on our first visit to this Frank Harris branch and exceeded our expectations in truly wanting to understand what we were looking for and only proposing suitable options that really interested us and aligned with everything we had discussed. Nick takes the time to communicate effectively and effectively with you - he was always on time for the viewings scheduled (which is rare with estate agents from what I have experienced previously) and was very understanding and respectful of our long list of requirements. (Other estate agents in the past have told us “you’re too picky”)

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. After one good viewing, where they seemed friendly and helpful, I ended up writing a positive review based on my initial impressions. However, after that, the agent completely ghosted me. Despite multiple emails, I never heard back from him and was left completely in the dark. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

GoogleUsed Frank Harris (Southwark/Waterloo branch) to sell our property and can highly recommend. We were well covered by Richard, Marta and Joel who work seamlessly together. This gave us comfort knowing everyone in the team on the same page. Glad we chose them and can’t really fault their work. Very professional, responsive, honest, likeable and proactive. Communication was great with regular updates when needed, and any questions quickly addressed which reflects high level of experience, knowledge and service. Richard in particular was a standout during the long-winded conveyancing stage helping to push it forward to exchange/completion. Thank you.

GoogleNick provided me the greatest customer service ever! I’ve been trying to get through to other companies but no one responded, however, Nick took his time and talked me through the process of renting a place, suggested where to look and registered me on their system in case something comes up. I’ve never experienced such great customer service like this before - super polite, kind and friendly. What an absolute credit to Frank & Harris - I’ll definitely be keeping in touch for when I’m looking for my forever home. If I could give higher than 5/5, I would!
