I encountered a nightmare afternoon with Frank and Harris Barbican branch. The gentleman who I dont know the name appears to be extremely impolite. They have a weird policy that ask tenants to provide card details and CVV before they can call landlords to discuss offers. I understand this. but at that time I only knew for first time and I wanted to ask for explanations, the only thing I got is "up to you to do this, we have plenty of candidates who can rent this property" and their bull-s**t "we serve only the landlords not you". It can be true but how idiot to say this out :) Really wish I can have that guy's name.

At every step of the process they were helpful and efficient and particularly Samantha and Daniel who were very good at responding to any queries or issues we had. Our let was sorted out quickly and everyone was always trying to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
