He was amazing, very responsive and actually showed me properties which matched my requirements. The whole Frank Harris Team were wonderful. It was a big move for me and my family. Tina, Lorenzo and Jamie did a great job guiding me through the process, offering both sensible and sensitive advice and getting me to the finishing line. There were several hurdles along the way and few false starts. Nevertheless, both sale and purchase of one Barbican property to another were handled with consistent and unfailing professionalism and expertise. Their combined knowledge of the Barbican is without rival.

GoogleOur property is managed by City Docklands and we have had such an amazing experience with them that I wanted to leave a review. Any time we have had an issue with the flat, the team have dealt with it so quickly and without any difficulty at all. Last weekend our boiler was leaking carbon monoxide and City Docklands were straight on the case, arranging to have our boiler serviced the very next day. Rosie Horton in particular has been amazing, she is so friendly and always ready to help. It's so rare to find such a proactive and helpful managing agent in London that it makes us never want to leave this flat! Thank you so much Rosie and the rest of the CD team.

GoogleCity Docklands managed the renting process for our flat. We moved to the flat in August this year and started exploring in early June. Daniel was very adjusting and professional, and managed to arrange a quick viewing on a very short notice. This wasn’t easy due to the pandemic but he was able to still arrange it. We liked the flat and are loving our stay. The negotiation process, the rent agreement happened very smoothly and in an efficient manner. Good job!
