We recently got to know Lorenzo as he helped us find a flat in the Barbican. His knowledge of the estate is brilliant and he was always honest and open with us about the properties he showed us and had great advice and was attentive to our needs and ambitions, without ever being unrealistic. Equally he was always clear about the vendor’s expectations so that we always knew the reality of the situation. Lorenzo is a first class agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

GoogleI had the honour to be working with Samuel in London Bridge looking for a flat that would meet my needs. From the first encounter of him asking what I was looking for I could tell the professionalism from this young man was outstanding, he not only met my needs for a beautiful flat but also looked out for extra bits I didn’t even think of. He is truly the best I have ever worked with as I have tried other companies and it wasn’t the same. Overall experience was amazing and would recommend working with Samuel !!

Google2022 UPDATE Once again Ryan proves himself to be the most outstanding property agent I’ve ever dealt with. I wrote the below post a couple of years ago and find myself updating it to reiterate how outstandingly professional he and his team are managing my portfolio of London rentals and constantly going above and beyond the call of duty. 2020 I have known and been working with Ryan for many years and cannot rate him highly enough having entrusted my portfolio of properties in his safe hands for many years. I’ve tried a couple of other agencies who poached my business but soon returned to Ryan having learnt my lesson and continue to be very happy with his level of professionalism and outstanding knowledge of the business 10/10.

GoogleWe have had very good advice from Ryan regarding reletting, Ronnie has worked his socks off to get good tenants for us, particularly because the public hallways are in need of upgrading and thus off-putting to potential new tenants. We have ended up with a long term contract, which is great. The team have managed both finding new tenants and also organising aspects like repainting the flat and other remedial work on one or two things, making the whole organisation much easier for us.

GoogleDisrespectful and illegal behaviour. They entered my property before the end of my tenancy and removed part of the furniture before I even handed over the keys and completed the checkout report. They tried to dismiss their felony with apologies. Unacceptable!

Leaving 4 stars because I was looking for a 1B close to Moorgate and there weren't much properties in their portfolio.The service was however excellent (rep. Charlotte). Nothing I've ever seen. They prompt with the viewings, offered honest opinions and helped me reach a decision out of all my options. They made me feel they are working for me rather than trying to make quick bucks.
