Trustpilot10 days WITHOUT hot water & PESTS founded
I was left 10 days WITHOUT hot water from the first day I moved in, and they said it was fixed in a "professional and timely manner"; yes they don't seem to ensure at all that you have hot water on the very first day you check in. Of all the nerve! One more thing to alert, I found PESTS on the mattress. Horrible!

I recently bought a flat in the Barbican with Jamie Charlton's help. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Barbican and helped us navigate the flats that were available. He keeps in touch with regular updates and makes himself available. He was straightforward with his opinions and advice, which I found very helpful. GoogleGreat experience from the agency. The agent which we were assigned to was Kieran. He was easy going and very helpful to all of our requests. Myself and my friends had our heart set on the flat, with Kieran's help we were able to get the flat we wanted and it was all a smooth process. GoogleCity docklands rented my flat out for me in London Bridge last month. I first got hold of them after referral from my neighbour who is a tenant of theirs . Property management ensued the process was smooth and all terms were clearly explained. I particularly liked the fact my tenants will have a 24 hr property manager on call for emergencies !! Great job City Docklands , I will definitely recommend to any landlord.

Although stressful, as it was during the early stages of the COVID nightmare, it was a pleasure dealing with Alison.
