Was extremely impressed with his customer service and worked very hard to make renting a property in the Barbican straightforward, despite the fact I was pushed for time. Was especially helpful in organising viewings at short notice, providing essential information and liaising with landlord. A very nice guy too. Would recommend.

GoogleI have been a tenant with City Docklands for almost 5 years and they have looked after my flatmates and I very well. When we found the property the lettings team were very friendly and helpful, and then over the 5 years of my tenancy Ben and Michelle in the property management team have been fantastic and if there has ever been a problem in the flat it has been resolved as speedily as possible!

GoogleNice team to work with and they were really helpful through out our tenancy. But had a bad experience with the landlord who manages this property and now is holding our deposit as they feel after being up at the property for six years they wouldn’t have to invest anything further for maintenance before they let it out again so they will use our deposit to cover the cost.
