GoogleMy whole experience with City Docklands was great! As a student in London, I approached City Docklands to help me and my friends find a nice, affordable 3 bedroom flat, and they did just that and more! Nick was always there if we had any queries, and I know that if there is any problems in the future that they will be more than happy to help. A massive thanks to them!!

He responds quickly to queries and was always at the end of the line. This was exceptionally important to me as I was on a tight timeline. GoogleCan not recommend this place enough had a great experience with a young man by name of Freddie I believe, he was very informative about all available properties and what would suit me the most being an international student, he kept it very professional, upholding the greatest standards. If your looking to rent properties all over London this is the place to go.

Excellent team over at Frank Harris / Barbican. Tirelessly managed to find a great tenant for my flat with many viewings. Professional from start to finish. Ask for Mitchell Max, he was diligent and persistent. Follow up has been amazing as well. Perfect choice for me as I was reviewing several options and glad I went with them.

GoogleHad a really tough time with City Docklands, initially took about two weeks of calling to get any response as I was looking to have a change of tenant on my agreement. Overall the entire process was drawn out as it was almost impossible to get in touch with staff when trying to move along with the process of moving out which made it all the more stressful. After I complained to about three different people who all seemed to have different ideas about who was actually dealing with my contract I finally got some help. The new tenant was sent the wrong contract initially which did not include the correct rent prices and was then bullied into signing a new one which as you can imagine caused a lot of commotion and confusion from every end. Overall I would not recommend if you do go through this agency just be aware that you may have to stomp your feet around in order to get heard.

GoogleI have always found City Docklands to offer excellent service and the team are so easy to work with, friendly and courteous and one of the few agencies who actually return your call when you leave a message! They have always helped me to relet my properties quickly and have found me high calibre tenants who have looked after the places well. I hope to continue working with them for many years to come. A special mention for John (the Lettings Manager) who is impressively knowledgeable about the local market!
