Lorenzo was a real pleasure to deal with at Frank Harris. Although I wasn't able to get my first Barbican purchase over the line this time, he helped me understand the Estate and I think brought the vendors as close as possible to a deal. He was transparent, polite, and just a pleasure to correspond with. I'll be coming back to him next time I'm looking.

GoogleAbsolutely awful - do not make the mistake of renting via this agent! The 5 star reviews are fake (multiple reviews from the same 'people', many fake positive reviews immediately after any negative review etc.). Illegal clauses were incorporated into our contract and when challenged, the agents were incredibly defensive and rude. I honestly couldn't believe the way that they were speaking to their own customers! Ryan Morgan inparticular was extremely unprofessional and argumentative, regularly stating that he was fed up of going back and forth on email and that he wasn't going to bother responding to any future emails (obviously in an attempt to have everything agreed via call rather than email so there was no record of the conversations that had taken place). Ryan also made references to my workplace, stating that many other people who worked in my building had signed the contract therefore he couldn't understand why I wouldn't sign it. I found this very unprofessional and concerning from a data protection point of view. Ryan also put an undue amount of pressure on us to sign the contract within less than 12 hours which is absurd because the purpose of a contract is to ensure that both parties are in agreement with the terms and thus each party has the right to negotiate.NegativeProfessionalism

They are consistent with updates when seeking tenants and have helped me achieve my rental goals over the years. They are also a professional and honest bunch which is a welcome change from other lettings agents I'd previously used in the SE1 area!
