I had highly positive experience with Foxtons (Chiswick office). Very professional. Lettings negotiator Gabby helped me to find excellent appartment. It matched 99% of my very specific search critetia for the budget. And importantly, it was found rather quickly given current situation on rental market. Gabby went above and beyond to find great matching property, having ensured the whole process from day one to move in date go very smoothly. Highly recommend Foxtons and especially lettings negotiator Gabby in Foxtons Chiswick. Very grateful.

Elise at Foxton's Chiswick was great. Really helpful, super responsive. Everything we could have asked for in finding a rental property. A far better experience than we had with the Ealing branch.

Zoë Ward was a pleasure to liaise with, she aligned my strong, ready to go buyer position beautifully with a keen to sell vendor and sped the sale through, keeping everyone informed on status and nudging wherever necessary without overdoing it. My amazing solicitor had only excellent things to say about Zoë and I would agree.

Recently sold and bought with Foxtons Chiswick. Adam O'Leary endlessly helpful and approachable, especially with managing solicitors at both ends of the chain. He managed to keep the seller on side after our initial buyer withdrew following uncertainties resulting from changing government regulations, and still made the sale despite changing market conditions. His colleague Ryan Carter Thompson also helpful with practicalities such as arranging evaluation visit and EPC etc - clear and regular communications. Thanks to Foxtons we are now settling into our new home!

I had an excellent experience with Rumi Lepticheva at the Foxtons Chiswick branch. She was warm and friendly greeting me as I entered and seamlessly addressed my queries. She also gave me all the necessary information to make an informed decision on the flat I was seeking. Once I agreed to make the offer, she supported me in completing all the paperwork and payment required. Once I left, she was in quick communication with the landlord and reverted swiftly. Even when changes needed to be made to the dates I had requested, she approached me with a suitable solution that facilitated my easy decision to accept. Each time I contact her with any queries, she is quick to respond, including outside office hours. She is knowledgeable, reliable, solution-oriented and professional in the way that she delivers her work. It is a pleasure to continue to engage with her.

I contacted Foxtons looking for a place to live ASAP. Joseph was super attentive and listened to all the details for what we needed. He waited so patiently while we toured a flat for almost an hour, but I think he sensed we needed something different. That same day, Joseph told us about a property that we thought would be perfect. It absolutely was! Paperwork and communication went smoothly. Everything was signed and done by the end of that same week. I can not thank you enough for all your help. This has been a wonderful experience. We are so happy to be living where we are now.

We sold our house with Foxtons and it was a pleasure - they made all the legal jargon make sense. We had Catherine Luke as our Sales Negotiator and she was absolutely brilliant. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the sale is smooth and easy as possible. I’d highly recommend requesting her if you have a chance.
