It's hard to believe that this fraudulent estate agants can do business and rob people in brod day light! I'm a tenant for 12 years and they've been the worst people i ever dealt with by huge distance! Before they make you sign the contract they're really nice and polite! They showed us a property and because of area we took it! There were some issues they said it's gonna be solved before we move in but they haven't fixed them and when we raised the issue they said we told you that verbally and we have no obligation to fix them! Some stauff were very serious like broken glass wardrobe door and oven wasn't working that we have to fight for month to get landlord to fix it! Foxton rule is weare getting paid by landlord so we are always on landlord side! All they staff are extremely rude and unprofessional i had to make complain few times to authorities because of their code of conduct which is none exist in Foxtons! At the end of our tenancy we asked them to extend our contract for a few month as we have bought our own place and we needed just a month or two and even told them they can give us a month notice if they found a new tenant foxtons said they'll let landlady knows and surprisingly with 13days left to end of contract they said landlord hasn't accepted that and she wants another year of contract and if you don't want that you have to move out in 12 days! We found a temporary accommodation and moved out and for getting our deposit after 3 weeks they got back to us with some pre existing damages and building problem and wanted to deduct half of our deposit and we had to raise it with DPS to get our money back! AVOID THIS FRAUDS AT ANY COST

I recently bought a property using Foxtons North Finchley and was impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff particularly Anna and Adam. They helped overcome issues, e.g. delays with solicitors and were very flexible with their time especially when I wanted to revisit the flat even on Sunday's! Although it's recognised that they're employed by the seller I always felt they were fair and listened and acted upon any concerns I had. Would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

Foxtons in North Finchley is the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. The team there made the whole experience of finding a property a fun and enjoyable one. Matthew Ewings was very patient with my wife and I, and worked hard to find a property that ticked all of our many boxes. His warm, friendly, professional and very enthusiastic manner made him a pleasure to deal with. This was my first Foxtons 'experience' and it won't be my last.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Sofia at your North Finchley office. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the area and the properties she showed me. Nothing seemed too much trouble even when I had to cancel My viewing at short notice and turned up late. I will definitely recommend her and Foxtons to my friends due to her positive and friendly attitude. One thing I didn’t like about my experience was when her colleague started contacting me few hours before my scheduled viewing with Sofia which seemed very unprofessional.

I've been working with Tom in the North Finchley office for a few years now, as a relocation agent when you find a fantastic agent you make sure to stick with them! Tom is always my first point of contact whenever I have a search in North London and within minutes he will have suggested the best properties in the area for my clients. Tom always goes above and beyond what is expected from an agent, he's always well informed about each property and landlord's expectations and is genuinely a nice guy! A few of my clients have this assumption of Foxtons but as soon as they meet Tom and see how smoothly and quickly the process is dealt with from start to finish and moving in, they end up singing Foxtons praises! Just awful . Works with landlords who only care about profit and have little regard for neighbours and the wider community. Since we bought our flat from Foxtons 3 years ago, we have had nothing but problems from tenants who live in the flat below us. If it isn’t a tenant throwing parties and smoking drugs until the early hours (during the week) then it’s tenants with an aggressive dog which constantly barks at us . When we complain, nothing is done . Foxtons are just clearly in it for themselves and making money. Will avoid at all costs in the future and will be telling our friends and family.

Beware of this agency. Their customer support is disgraceful. Ten months ago we rented a flat through them. We have been cheated. First of all, we were asked to sign a rental agreement that did not seem to include any brake clause. We were unaware of that. Only found out when we had a severe problem in the flat (We suffered from the appearance of rising damp in the bedroom). We raised the issue, waiting for about eight months, and nothing has changed. They sent just four engineers to check the problem. The last one (on February 2021) understood how to fix it, but the property Manager has stopped replying to us since then. Now (that our rent agreement is finishing) they asked for a new inspection. What a pity! They prevented us from leaving and never solved the problem. Not only that, almost three months ago, the fence in our courtyard broke, and despite our requests for help, it is still there broken. In their e-mails, they blame the landlady for these inefficiencies. But in the end, the victims of this whole lousy story are just my husband and me. Therefore, to all those who are looking for a house to rent, beware of this agency. Stay away!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
