We just sold our house for a record price on our street, so very happy with that. Most importantly, we felt totally supported throughout the entire process by Ivan, manager of the North Finchley office. We weren't entirely sure which agent to go with as we thought it almost doesn't matter when they 'just put it on Rightmove' - how wrong we were! Aside from getting the pricing just right; putting enough but not too much info on the online listing as well as the timing of putting our house on the market - Ivan leveraged all of his local offices to get many, many viewings over a short period. The result was multiple offers and a very motivated buyer. Ivan and his team managed every step of the process and helped with finding a really good conveyancing solicitor. Shame we don't have another house for him to sell!

“Professional, engaging, attentive and very informative” was our first impression of Mercedes when she came to visit our property for the purpose of a initial chat and a subsequent evaluation. I worked with Ivan Ninkovic. From the start he was pro-active in terms of showing my flat, and he was approachable and pleasant to work with. We ran into some legal issues around the lease extension, which caused us to lose our first sale. This was nothing to do with Foxtons. Ivan remained positive and committed to the resale of this flat - at times buffering us up. He did an absolutely fabulous job. You are in good, solid, capable hands.

I worked with Blair from the Finchley office and out of all of the estate agents I've interacted with, nobody comes as close to his level of knowledge, responsiveness and finding properties to suit his clients. Blair was excellent in understanding my requirements and always made the best use of our time, by finding at least 3 properties per viewing session, to help us understand the area and what the range of properties could look like. Blair is also immensely personable and frankly, he's one estate agent who talks to you as a normal human beings, instead of constantly being a salesperson. With Blair, if you ask him a straight question, you get a straight answer. Brilliant. If you want a property to buy, to let or for sale, there will be nobody who can serve you better than Blair. I've actually heard other estate agents from different companies talk about Blair and his excellence. If they are competing against him, I've seen them sigh with dismay, knowing they have already lost. Thanks for all your help, Blair. I've had really great experience with Foxtons Estate Agency. Raston managed to show me 5 properties in 3 hours, which I really appreciated and I've never experienced similar approach in any other agency so far. Finding a property is a difficult process and I don't usually get to see more than one or two properties in a single day because of the huge distances and transport options in London especially when I was looking into moving to a different area. All the properties I've seen that day were very close to my conditions and preferences, some were even better than my expectations. Raston is a very well organized agent and a great communicator, he was able to adapt to the situation when I was short on time of moving in and performed 120% even under COVID circumstances. We initially reached out to Foxtons because they had a property listed on Rightmove that we were interested in. Blair Shekleton from the North Finchley office got in contact with us to really understand what we were looking for and see if he could find us a property. Turns out the initial one that we found wasn’t ‘the one’ however Blair was amazing at helping us really hone in on our search and find what we were looking for. We have been looking for over 2 months now with the added pressure of trying to complete prior to March made the whole process very stressful. Blair however has really taken the stress off our first time purchase by listening to what we wanted, thinking outside the box and delivering on on what he said. Avoid those people at all cost. Rented flat via this “agency” and turned out cancer patient next door can’t leave next to a dog. Later landlord admitted that agency told him about our dog after agreement has been signed even so we were clear about it (even sent pic of our pet before as requested). Decided to move out out to not cause harm for that old lady. Agreement was we will pay agency commission upfront for remaining months and if agency will rent it again then we’ll get it back for those months when they willl have new tenants. It was rented two months later. Once I’ve requested to pay me back those commission then festival of misinformation started. Initially they said commission has been sent to landlord (agency commission?!). Clarified with landlord it wasn’t the case. Then they requested written proof about agreement as guy dealing with our case isn’t working there any more. Notoriously they were ignoring my mails. It turned out that from all that situation where family with small baby had to move out in a rush they’ve earned agency commission twice - what I’ve paid upfront and from new tenants. Don’t use them at all and contact only over the emails to have digitilized proofs of all communication.

We got in touch with Foxtons, as we were looking for a flat to rent in London for a very long time. We have finally found a flat, all thanks to Jonathan Bikoko from the North Finchley branch of Foxtons. It is a pleasure to rate our experience with Jonathan, as he is the most patient, professional and friendly agent that we have encountered in our 1 year long search for a flat. It was our first time renting through an agency and Jonathan answered all of our questions, helped us through the whole application process and was there for us whenever we had any questions or doubts. We had a lot of requirements for the flat and Jonathan made sure that each flat that we viewed met all of them. He never overexaggerated any of the features of the flats that we viewed, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Jonathan Bikoko we have found a flat that we absolutely love and we couldn't be more grateful for the fact that we encountered him during our search for the flat.
