Foxtons North Finchley would make my recommended list of estate agents. They operate as a group and are highly professional. The team offered good advice when required and were patient when it was clear it would take more time than anticipated to get the desired result. One individual in particular stood out, Dean Ramey. He is on the sales side of the business and once it was made clear this sale would take more concerted efforts, he leant in and accelerated the viewings to drive an outcome for the sale and we are very grateful for his perseverance and determination. In many ways he went above and beyond what was expected and overall we feel Foxtons has performed for us. We would recommend them as a sales agent and at the least would encourage any property seller to engage with them for a conversation.

This branch and company as always delivers the highest paying tenants or rent ever. Special thank you to Sean Scannell, branch manager who really delivered in record speed and managed to secure me £500 more than the other agent, I really cannot argue with there fees, as I said above they really do deliver! I was walking near McDonald's in Borehamwood at 10pm a few days ago and a green foxtons branded Mini with 2 young girls (number plate starting with LL21) came out of McDonald's, they didn't indicate on the roundabout so I didn't know which way they were going so I attempted to cross the road and then the passenger went on to swear abuse out of the window to me. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn't use this agency if their staff act like this.

I was expecting more of Foxtons Finchley given the reviews honestly. I gave them 3 requirements- 2 double bed, under 2000 pounds, ~30 mins public commute to school. I was happy that they had planned to show me multiple properties in one visit, as I was traveling 1.5 hour to see them. I was shown 2 properties- a) 2000 rent, 1 double and one single bed, 45+ mins commute and b) 2300 rent, 2 double (but one barely 9*9), 1hr+ commute. Meaning, both properties did not satisfy 2 of the 3 criteria given. Was a disappointment to travel this much to be shown what does not match the criteria given. It's not the fault of the agent. She was very nice, took me around. But the pressure shows. She has no time between visits, so of course I imagine she does not have time to open google maps and see how much my commute would be, or to look at her notes and see my criteria carefully. Foxtons, you have great people. Just give them some time to be prepared better.

Viewings with Laura included several fantastic properties all within our requirements, and she adjusted the viewing schedule according to our comments during the viewing.
